About the Photographer
Here’s a little bit about me…
Inspired
My name is Sarah Jarvis and I am a portrait and nature photographer based in Connecticut. I first started getting into photography in the eighth grade when I toured my soon to be high school’s dark room and graphic classes. That is where I knew I wanted to spend the next four years of my life.
Growing
After getting my first job and saving every paycheck for a few months, I purchased my first semi-professional camera when I was 16. I started to bring that camera with me everywhere and capture the beauty of our world. I fell in love with nature and soon aspired to be a nature photographer.
Moments
My love for portraits came soon after, and I discovered the joy it brings when someone can capture a moment that can never be created again. Combining these two is where you get Sarah Jarvis Photography.
